Invite Email
After submitting a "client interest form" or calling the CCS office to enroll you will receive a invitation email from TherapyPortal,com. This email will include a link to the portal page. Please note that this email link will expire after 7 days and a new email will need to be sent if you wish to set up a portal account.

Sign Up
When you arrive at this page you will need to enter the client's date of birth, a mobile phone number, and then create a password. Please note that the password must be 10 characters in length and include at least one capital letter, number, and non-alphanumeric character. Wen you have entered the required information check the "I accept" box and then click the Sign Up button.
