Darla Cunningham

Darla holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling as well as a Play Therapy Certificate from Missouri State University.  Darla has worked with children and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and chronic pain, as well as other related ailments.  She has also worked with couples wanting to improve their relationships.

The therapeutic alliance is key to making progress.  Darla will provide a comfortable and safe environment to work toward the goals that brought you to therapy, working with you to achieve those goals.  She will help you utilize tools that can help you regulate the problems bringing you to therapy, as well as navigate problems you might have in the future.  Her primary objective is your well-being.
